The Wabi Bowls were designed with the intention of keeping things simple. Each rustic beauty was intended to fulfill an everyday need. The Ramen Bowl can replace a single plate for so many meals while also useful as a serving bowl.
Always inspired by nature, DBO sculpted the original bowls in solid clay, layering and smoothing to create a stone like feel. Plaster molds were made from these pieces. Each piece is cast in porcelain then glazed in layers that give them extra beauty and unique character.
